Was a little surprised to find out the price to bowl (senior) from last Friday to today increased by 0.75 cents. Was this to help defray the cost of renovating the place?

Me and my family went bowling last Sunday we loved it we were surprised with the glow bowling we didn't even know we played for 2 hours and loved every minute. We will come back from the Rodriguez family.

Thought you should know that asking for a pitcher of water for a birthday party is off limits .... my children were at a party and they were given the option to drink soda They asked for water and they said we have no water only bottled water.... to purchase. So they had small children Being forced to pick from soda. My kids did not have money with them to buy water and were forced not to have a drink. Not good business. Best part I called and Gail the manager said its policy . So I asked her given sugared drinks is a good option? And that allowing small children to pick soda over water is not a smart idea.

Bowling with 4 kids. 25 lanes are empty and they put someon right next to me. I have a 6 year old who requires help with the 8 lb ball and the ramp in order to bowl. It is a lot for me, the 6 year old and the ramp to be on the lane. I asked if we could move to another lane so we wouldn't be rude to the person on the other side and was told NO!!! 25 lanes have no one bowling on them! I have pictures of all the empty lanes. Then I ordered fries, a pitcher of soda and a pitcher of water. I was told they would not give a pitcher of water. How can you run a sport and provide no water!!! No wonder there are 25 open lanes. This place is horrible.

Went there to there saturday special and never said on the website that there was any events. So we get there and they tell us they are having a private party and we cant go in unless we pay 25 per person.

Great experience 2 guys at counter were awesome so was the kitchen help until the end when we asked for napkins. Told to get paper towels, asked to speak to a manager was told the woman who refused to give the napkins was the owner. Really great customer service considering between the bowling and the food I spent around 200.00 not.
